An AI-assisted review tool that helps physicians reach prior-authorization decisions faster — without taking the human out of the loop. A two-week proof of concept that earned 4× its scope and a funding review.
Workflow Mapping
Mapped how seven distributed teams inside one health plan actually work, then scored every pain point by how widely it surfaced — so the 50 that reached leadership came ranked by evidence, not by whoever argued loudest.
